Return

I bought a samsung s8 galaxy from takealot on the 14th of May 2019. I realised that the phone is not big as much as I thought and the battery does not last long so I decided to return it the next day. I was informed that my account will be credited. After waiting for more than 3 days I decided to call and find out about the refund and I was informed that the return was declined due to the crack that is on the device. The device had no crack at the time of return and it was packed in the box.
