Retuns not credited

I logged a return for a credit and on 30th of November 2023 till to date I haven't received my credit. I've spoken to multiple consultants who keep logging queries that ain't getting resolved. Supervisors refusing to attend to customers like money grows on trees for the purchases we make.

I called them and was put on hold for two hours while the agent was waiting for management to assist. This is sick.
