Retracting my Compliment
My previous \Compliment' is to be retracted since Takealot do not stick by their promises, one of their call centre agents promised a new Nutri Bullet unit delivered on the same day as they would pick up the faulty one. The conversation is recorded. They are now sending it off for repairs. Now I will have no guarantee that I will get the correct machine back, if it was actually repaired or not and how many grubby hands have touched it. Thanks Takealot for not honouring your promise. Last time I buy anything like that from you again. What is your company policy? To provide some honesty some of the time? Disgusted!"
