Resolved eBook download

I purchased ebooks via Kalahari but wasn't able to download immediately. When I attempted to download it appeared my failed attempts depleted my tokens. I contacted Take-a-lot to enquire and their refreshingly efficient, courteous and helpful attitude is to be complimented. I was kept updated frequently and my ebooks were reinstated less than a week later. Their great service will definitely ensure that I continue to shop online at take a lot :) :) :)
