Rescheduling of delivery

Terrible experience. My delivery was scheduled for Friday the 24th of November. Fine it was rescheduled to Monday the 27th of November before 12pm. Needless to say it was rescheduled again. Also not my fault. i call in and i am told i should expect delivery between 2 and 3 days, i should have the delivery by end of the week. Which i believe is utter nonsense. i want this order today as promised or i would like it cancelled and i will never order from the site again and i will spread the word to the people i am close to.
