Reschedules delivery without checking with customer

They rescheduled the delivery that was scheduled for today to tomorrow, without checking despite the package arriving at the courier depot early today morning. i made arrangements be at home to receive the package and now and have to make arrangements again, completely and utterly bull**** from takealot
