I issue with my recent order of a combo of sheen guards and soccer socks. I only received the sheen guards and upon returning them, I was informed about the refund due to stock unavailability. The refund process, excluding the delivery fee, is disappointing as I was unaware of the stock issue beforehand.

Furthermore, there was no communication regarding any alternatives after the failed cot give me correct combi . I request the inclusion of the delivery fee in the refund and a more transparent approach in the future. But the was no response from them. I’m really disappointed about this my time to collect .

I bout things again for the second time and it’s still the same thing .
