Request for Resolution: Incorrect Order Cancellation and Loss of Black Friday Price

I purchased a dishwasher on Black Friday for R8,999. After noticing that I had accidentally selected my previous work address, I contacted the team to request an update of the delivery address. Instead of assisting me, they went ahead and cancelled my order without my consent.

I am now being told to repurchase the item at the full price of R11,999, which is unfair. This situation was caused by their mistake, and I believe they should take full responsibility and allow me to purchase the item at the original Black Friday price.
