Request for Immediate Refund - Unresolved Issue with TakeALot (TTP)

I recently bought a pair of boots, but after trying them on, I realized they do not meet my expectations in terms of quality and comfort. I had to fit the shoes to assess their suitability as much as they look cheap, unfortunately, they do not provide the comfort or durability I expected based on reviews and product description, but the company doesn't want to take them back. They don't want to refund me. I urgently need my refund.
