Request for Immediate Refund Resolution

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the service I’ve received. I was promised a refund on the 11th of February, and to this day I have not received a single cent. I have gone to my bank multiple times to confirm whether the payment reflects, and there is absolutely nothing in my account.

Every time I follow up, I get vague responses with no real solution. This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. At this point, I’m starting to question whether this refund is ever going to be processed because it honestly feels like I’m being ignored.

I expected better service and accountability. Customers should not have to chase their own refunds for weeks without proper communication or resolution. This experience has completely damaged my trust.

I would appreciate this being resolved urgently.
