Request for a Collection

It's funny when u deliver your quick to do so but when a customer logs a COLLECTION RRN-4A05-324B you take 5years to come collect we since requested a collection for faulty product and till this day u have not collected but u busy saying you put customers needs 1st it's now 2 weeks since I requested a collection what kind of services are u running Takealot??? Could u please make me understand why it's taking u long to dispatch a driver to collect a faulty product or are u what running some kind of con so that we can pay more????? Can someone please give me an answer I spoke to Ebrahim telephonic ally and via email who assured me that my faulty TV will be collected cause apparently your driver missed the collection how many times do ur drivers miss collections???????? If I get one more sms that you guys have rescheduled a collection and don't come and pick up.... This won't be the last u hear from me...
