Reputable and Realistic

I use this app and website quite often and have found the service to be professional and efficient. I have rarely experienced issues with refunds and when I did, I was treated like a human being not like an atm card. I appreciate the way they managed my expectations as a regular customer. The rating is 4 due to the fact that the products are sometimes of a much lower quality than advertised. Other than that all in all a pleasant and efficient shopping experience.
