Replacement Takealot? Not this year I guess?

I've been waiting for replacement kitchen lights for over a week. I requested that I send them pictures of the box with the guys who delivered it, but still I'm waiting. It was completely torn up and the light covers scratched. Still I am waiting. I've always had brilliant service from Takealot, but not this time around. System must be offline...
