REPLACEMENT PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED AS PROMISED

I Have returned 2 electronic items due to quality issues, and as promised, when the items where collected for returns they were also going to bring the replacement products with them, i am also very worried of how this equipment is not checked for quality, I Am still awaiting Sumaya from their call center to contact the courier on the delivery of my replacement product, i am very dissapointed that i had to return 2 electronic equipment in a row, i think i will take my business elsewhere.
