Replacement problem satisfactorily resolved

I sent back a defective induction plate and everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. It was quite a mission but I finally got a replacement for it. I must give Takealot marks for trying to resolve the problem even if it was passed from one person to another but they eventually got it right.
