Replacement of pots

I bought a set of pots from Takealot, they were delivered on time.

We opened the box and one pot did have the nut. I wrote to Takealot as I want to use the pots since last week Wednesday (3 November 2021) still my query is not solved.

I asked them to replace the pots and I did not get any response from them. I never thought Takealot can have such a bad customer service.
