Replacement not truly replaced!

Ordered a hair trimmer from takealot.com and the first time around the battery of the device was not functioning properly. I requested a return and then the new hair trimmer's blades were not aligned. I sent it back again and got a new one. The same issue was found where the blades were not aligned and it pulls ones hair when using it. Third return was logged until the same product was returned to me and I was made believed that it was a new one but the box had the same previous waybill sticker on it. I have done THREE returns thus far for the same product but keep getting a weak quality of it.
