Replacement not received been over 3 weeks

I bought a heater off takealot 4 weeks ago, was defective and I returned it 4 days later , I am waiting for 3 weeks now and my place is freezing hence i needed it urgently , I cannot get direct answers on when my replacement will be ready for collection. This is unacceptable !!!! I need my heater back ASAP!!!! and says return concluded it is not concluded takealot has taken my money and not replaced my heater , I need answers.
