Repetitive damaged goods delivered

I have always been super satisfied with takealot. I am a regular buyer but the last 2 purchases has been such a bad experience. I ordered a desk for my daughter and it was delivered while she was not here. I left it in the garage till she came back from university and when we started to build it it was so damaged in the box I could not assemble it. Unfortunately the 7day return period lapsed and although they delivered it broken and damaged they did not want to assist me with changing it. I then ordered two bar stools and the leather on one was totally torn. Fortunately this time I decided to assemble it immediately. I am not satisfied with the state of products delivered and the service received.
