Repeatedly sent broken goods

After being a client of TakeAlot.com for about 2/3 years, I have completely lost my faith. After buying a Tile-cutter and receiving it broken, I requested that it be replace. Just to get the next one in even worse condition. I just lodged a request to return the item, for the 4th time. This is completely outrageous. For such a well renowned company this is a very bad way doing business.
