Repeatedly sending incorrect items

Takealot is starting to undermine people my last two orders I had to return items that were obviously incorrect and they still package it to me, it so disrespectful that the first order I returned, I ordered a laptop bag and they package a pre-school bag then they tell me that the laptop bags are out of stock. Now my recent order it is a combo pack of a face cream and a serum, when I open the package it a cream only no serum, what irritated me was that there is a sticker that says the product is a cream and serum. Then why did they still packed and sent an incomplete order. I think they have reached a point of they don't care what they package anymore correct or incorrect the receiver will return it if they have a problem.
