Repeated non delivery of parcel by agreed time
I bought books through Takealot earlier this week. I was phoned by Mr Delivery for deliver of the parcel on Thursday morning and it was agreed that delivery would be before 3pm. No delivery was made however. I phoned the call centre and arranged again with the call centre that delivery will be during Friday morning. No delivery was made again. I phoned the call centre AGAIN and arranged for delivery between 2 and 4pm on Fr. No delivery YET AGAIN. I phoned AGAIN and arranged for delivery by 8pm. Still no delivery. I feel that 4 properly arranged opportunities is more than enough. This is pathetic.

Due to the nature of our business missing a delivery deadline now and then is understandable, but failing to do so when it's been arranged four times is unacceptable. We apologise for wasting your time like this & will make sure this matter is escalated to our courier management team to address & sort out soonest.
Our complaints team will look into this in the morning & get in touch with you with an update once they've liaised with our couriers.
