Repeated Complaint: Stop selling items from UNRELIABLE suppliers!

Once again, you are advertising items as "in-stock" and then a few weeks later informing us that the supplier is out of stock. We rely on this service for getting items on time for gifts etc and you guys couldn't care less or are not even sorry. And to top it off you lie about it!

Please improve your communication with us! Let us know in advance (AND BE HONEST) so that we can make alternative plans!!
