Repeated broken promises
Received SMS 08h30 Friday saying my delivery would be made by 17h00 that day. When it hadn't arrived by 18h30 I called and was told the driver was running late but package would be delivered after 20h00. That didn't happen. <br> On Monday morning I received a second SMS promising delivery before 17h00. Again nothing ... and when I called the help line they told me it wasn't their fault but that of their courier company
