Repeat terrible service - no resolution for 2 months

<p>so I order something, get the wrong device delivered to me... ask to return it for the correct item. </p> <p>Promise after promise... they eventually collect the wrong item (through wrong site information and lack of detail from their team)</p> <p> </p> <p>a few days later - the replacement arrives... turns out the replacement... is the item that I returned. Not the same model... but the EXACT SAME item... in its bag... with the bar code on it that ties up with my return request.</p> <p>Their team try tell me its due to supplier issues (whilst that may be the case in the 1st place, the 2nd time was returned with their barcode relating to me telling them its wrong).</p> <p>Its now 2 months later. There is no resolution. There is no refund offer. There is no swap-out offer... and I am still getting stories about their supplier - and zero suggested resolution from their team. This is disgraceful!</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I have paid about double the price of the item which I have... which is not remotely close to the specifications of what I have ordered... and have wasted hours of my life back and forth with their team who are more interested in covering up that they themselves made a mistake, than they are in offering me some form of resolution...</p>
