Repeal of does not care about their customers, does not have a quality system

<p>On 1 July 2019, I ordered 2 off 3SIXT Quick Charge Wall Charger USB-A to USB-C 5.4A and on 9 July 2019 I went to collect from Takelot. When they asked me to check the bag, there were 2 cell screen protectors ! They want me to log a return, but I said how can I log a return if I have not accepted it? They log a return and said that I want the ordered items deliver to my home. Today I received an email telling me that the supplier are out of stock and that they will give me a credit. What must I do with a credit if I am not going to order from Takealot again and want the items that I ordered. Really must buy it from another supplier and give it to me as ordered.</p>
