repair status

I am so disappointed with the service from take a lot. my TV was taken for repairs on the 29/09/2023 with the TV remote and the TV legs by one of their drivers. They have not commenced with the repairs because somewhere in between the driver collecting the TV and them receiving it the remote and the TV legs were misplaced. for some reason that is now my problem. i have made 2 phone calls to take a lot to advise that the driver took everything and even contacted the driver who confirmed that she delivered all of that to take a lot and even responded to their email but till today the status of the TV repair is still stuck on " awaiting for accessories" AWAITING ACCOSSORIES FROM WHO? they are now making their problem my problem
