Reluctance to refund returned goods

Shopping for a digital IR infrared thermometer online and probably misled by the lack of functional/technical data it likely to end up with an inappropiate item. Not mentioned in T's & A's ,the Sellers adherence to their Return policy by replying to Buyers return requests , goes unanswered.
