Reliable

Felt the need to write a review for Takealot after seeing the many negatives reviews on Hellopeter. I suppose people mostly write reviews when they have a bad experience which creates a falsely negative perception. I've been using them for many years and they are a reliable company. I've returned several items over the years and never had refund issues. I often go to their site and love that I can read multiple reviews of a product before making a purchasing decision.
