Rejecting legitimate reviews and delivering incorrect products

After receiving the incorrect product for 3 times I thought I would write a review to warn others that the products are not as advertised.

Upon submitting the review to warn others that the product shown is not what they will receive, my review kept up being rejected simply with a message stating: "Please refer to the Review Guidelines."

I did review the guidelines and there is nothing saying I cannot warn others about the product not being something other than in the picture.

When I returned the original incorrect product, I thought it was a mistake and sent takealot details about what happened. I asked for a replacement. The replacement was again the same incorrect item, and again sent takealot feedback about what happened hoping they would fix the mistake. The outcome was exactly the same as before (ordered Horusdy brand, received Shind).

This time I asked for a refund in order to purchase a similar product but from a different vendor on takealot. And for the 3rd time I received the same incorrect product. When I try posting reviews on these products to warn other customers, my reviews got rejected. This does not seem right to me as the end consumer is being **** to (with incorrect listings) and when I try warning others my reviews are rejected.
