So I bought an iPhone x about a week ago and but when I received the phone it had scratches on it and it hadn't even been a week the headphones stopped working. So I hit the returns button and logged a return, asking for a refund. It didn't even take hours before they responded. Telling me the parcel will be collected the next day. I'm so grateful after they collected the parcel the next day I received a message saying my money will be reimburses after 3 to 5 working days. They didn't even give me the run around. ❣️
