Regrettable Service

I ordered a phone cover and a screen protector Thursday 26 November during their \one day only "special and was told delivery will be within 5 / 10 working days on Friday 4th I sent an email enquiry to check progress of delivery and the response was a tracking number and an email saying my delivery will arrive on the Friday 4th. I checked and found out their system was out of order upon alerting them to this they abdicated to UTI saying their scanners are broken"
