Refusing to return product that causes injury

I returned a product that advertises gentle suction and cleaning of pores . It does not clean pores and immediatly bruises and nrings up blood under the skin when using. They rejected my refund saying its not defective. By law with the consumer protection act if one is not satisfied with the product you can return it. I am not satisfied it also causes injury. I reied to that email with proof a picture of my chin with the bruise. No response on both emails or messages on facebook. Now rhey sotting with the product and my money.
