Refusing to give me my refund back at Takealot.
They refusing to give me back my refund back after I bought the Hello pay swopping machine which doesn't have a pin code to open it. Now takealot is asking me the merchant pin code which I keep on telling them I dnt have and that's the reason I returned their product coz it's not working for me. Please assist in getting my refund back.
