Refusing a reasonable request for a refund

Takealot is normally my go to for ordering items - reliable and fast - but recently they refused to refund me an item that was the wrong size. I requested a refund 3 times, and they refused. They normally have no problem taking items back - very disappointing, and makes me think twice about ordering an item that I physically can't see.
