Refuses to be contacted!

I bought a makeup mirror on Takealot recently and it arrived broken. I logged a return and the broken item was subsequently collected for replacement. This was two weeks ago. Since then I have been frustrated in my efforts to contact them. NOWHERE is there any way for a customer to contact Takealot! No way of contacting them! Let me repeat that; this business does not allow customers to contact them in any way whatsoever! They have no email, no phone number, nothing. The online contact form on their website is broken and does not work!!! I am stuck with a broken item that I have paid for and no way to contact them. Be aware that this business DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO CONTACT THEM!
