Refused to refund

I had a look at an server on Takealot didn't want to make the purchase i wanted to find out what the installment was with Mobicred clicked on pay and i though it was first going to give me an option but the payment was through now i'm being refused a refund i called Mobicred they told me i must contact Takealot you just lost a customer and shown your true colours Your request ([Orders] How do I cancel an order?
