Refused to be helped for peeling wallpaper.

I purchased 2 rolls of wallpaper in August. In December 2024 I contacted takealot to explain to them that the wallpaper is peeling off and how we handle the returns process now because how do I prove the wallpaper is peeling of i remove it? They said that I can log the return. I sent them photos and explained to them that I want to make sure I'll be refunded because if I take it off and they reject the return then it'll be a complete waste because I wont be able to use the paper again after I remove it. Now they are saying they can't return it because of all sorts of ******* excuses like I didn't put the wallpaper on properly because there are bubbles (I have photos that will show there are no bubbles) and that my wall is an uneven surface (Again, I have photos to show my wall isn't uneven). So now they refuse to assist me despite I'm within the cpa to request a return because clearly this isn't great quality if the wallpaper isn't able to stick for longer than 4 months.
