Refused refund for an office chair.

According to the Takealot consultant the chair is being returned because it been "used". The chair was assembled and found to be to low, taken apart and returned to the original packaging except for the foot piece as I was unable to dismantle that part. How do you know if the chair is suitable if you do not assemble it? Now you refuse to refund the purchase! If you do not refund assembled items then your return policy should state as such! BAD service for such a big company
