Refused product (MRRN-E6P5K-N5EP - 350ML PORTABLE ELECTRIC SPICE GRINDER)

I have been purchasing online with takealot.com several times, I have been receiving products from their Midrand Depot. Recently I had made few purchases and had defects of the products and had made returns, which there were successful returns, but a return request (MRRN-E6P5K-N5EP - 350ML PORTABLE ELECTRIC SPICE GRINDER) was refused because the lid had chipped , of which the defect is not about the chipped lid, the product only worked once and later when in need to use it had not worked and surely electrically there is fault, not the chip on the lid. I had received a response which does not make sense as there is no test report but only to be judged because of the chipped lid. The services is so poor.
