Refused my order, jacked up price

<p>I submitted an order, they confirmed receipt of order and of payment. A few hours later, I get an email stating they "do not have stock" and have credited my account. Logging back in, I see they increased the price by R1700, which points to them not having a stock issue, but them not wanting to honour my order at the agreed upon price. After hours of fighting, they agreed to actually refund my money instead of just giving me credit. I am writing this review a week later, I still do not have my money back in my account, the bank says Takealot still has it, and Takealot swears they already processed my refund. <br /><br />They are now *****ing up a 12 year old's christmas, as I cannot source the product anywhere else until I have the money to pay for it. </p>
