Refuse to take return on washing machine

Bought a washing machine from you. Delivered on friday, Opened the machine on sunday to test it and the spin was not working properly. So i logged a return and twice and the driver refuse to take the washing machine. Saying the packaging. Driver was there Yesterday and today. I buy products all the time and is very angry for this service i received. If this is how you treat customers, i will no longer purchase items. I have photos as proof. I want this sorted asap or i will take this matter further. This is not acceptable.
