Refuse to refund me for a valid return

Be warned.

Takealot refuse to refund me.

I bought this diagnostic scanner, KONNWEI KW850 CAR DIAGNOSTIC SCANNER TOOL,the scanner is not compatible to my vehicle. I log a return because scanner was not working on my car Ref: MRRN-UDWYQ-459G.

The return was declined because they said the scanner is not faulty. I acknowledged that the scanner was not faulty and I never said it was, the reason for my return was that the scanner is not working on my car.

I called their customer services and they advised to log another return when I received the scanner back and this time I must pick a different reasons for a return. I was told to to pick "REASON FOR RETURN" Product Does Not Meet my Expectations and "SUB REASON FOR RETURN" incompatible or not useful for intended purpose. I did that and log another return Ref: MRRN-XM8ND-YPZE.

They still declined my refund, after using the reasons i was advised to use. the reason provided for declined "Your refund and request has been unfortunately been declined by financial service provider. We have credited your takealot account.

I log another refund request: RFN-DDWY-VPR9. Because i need refund not my account to be credited. let see what will be their excuse to refund me this time around. It's now over 2 weeks with back and forth, they've just lost me as their customer.
