Refuse to refund

Wish I can give 0stars. Will never buy from them again. I purchased a external hard drive that doesn't work. Then I returned the item. And no refund. In fact they refunded it to someone else. Not to my account number or even the correct name on the account. I have spoken to 8 different people. All I hear is that the refund has been done or we will call you back(they don't call back). I even requested to speak to a manager. Was told that they would contact me.. Guess what. No response or call back from them. I would never ever buy from them again. And I'd advise people to think twice before paying for anything on their site.
