Refuse to Refund a Faulty Item

Do not use TAKEALOT. They refused to refund me on a faulty Samsung 24inch monitor I bought from them. Their reason is because I did not return a Install CD. My laptop does not even have a CD drive. Who uses CD's???? Unless your laptop is 10 Years old. The monitor did not even come with a HDMI cable. I had to buy it separately. I thought takealot was great when I returned from Europe a few months back, but after they refuse to refund me for a faulty monitor, will NEVER buy from them again. It doesn't seem Takealot cares about Hellopeter, so if you read this, rather buy from MAKRO,
