Refuse to honour Kalahari ebooks purchased
After Takealot took over Kalahari services, I was unable to download previously purchased books onto new device. 3 Downloads of any book is allowed and only one was done 3 years ago onto existing device ereader. When attempting to download onto newly purchased IPad, I was unable to do so and on querying was informed that even though books are visible in history purchased, system will not allow due to time lapse of 3 years. Poor show.
