Refuse Cancellation and Redund

I noticed a minute after placing an order that I used the (my old) wrong address. I contacted takealot to cancel. They said it will be cancelled after item reaches the warehouse. I couldn't reject delivery SMS as I don't have access to that number either.

Takealot delivered the product anyway and now refuse to give me a refund. Now they're ignoring my request for interaction
