Refusal to replace or refund HiMex 7" Kids Educational Tablet worth R900 because of adapter that was send back days later within allocated 30 days period

I’ve bought a kid’s HiMex 7" Kids Educational Tablet in December 2025 hardly less than 4 months later it just won’t charge, first Takealot accepts return however after communicating they email me saying the adapter was missing (worth R30) I dropped it off at Centurion but two days later was told the claim was finalised and l was not getting any refund or replacement bearing in mind the warranty is for 6 months which hasn’t even passed yet. Instead of assisting, They say they will drop off the defected tablet to my house. My questions therefore is what happened to the promised warranty. Takealot is not trustworthy and I regret buying from them a product worth R900.00 and refuse to replace and refund for a product Adapter worth R30.00 (which was dropped off) how is it possible to come to that conclusion you ******* and ****mers?
