REFUSAL TO REIMBURSE ME FOR DEFECTIVE CELLPHONE

I purchased a cellphone under order number #***3 and the product is defective, I cannot hear the speaker is distorted, I have logged a return twice now and they just keep closing the return ticket marking it as return concluded, illegible for return despite purchasing the device on the 5th of June 2020.
