Refusal to Refund my money- for failed delivery over 8 months

Shocking- Avanti bought partio chairs in October 2023, but the chairs had a black marks, so they were returned, due to 30 days return policy, thet did not fix the scratches. They brought then back in a worse condition, they stack them forcefully on top of each other, that they cracked. Second damage on the same set of chairs, they came to collect and never got the chairs ordered back, then they delivred wrong chairs, so all in all, the order was never fulfilled. At this point money back is the request here, Take a Lot can keep thier chairs. pay the money back to Avanti Naidu
